Who We Are

We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At Four States Hearing Center, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.

We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

Our Team

David Anthony, Au.D

Audiologist and Owner

Originally from Utah, Dr. David Anthony received his BS in Communicative Disorders from Utah State University, before continuing on at USU for his Doctorate of Audiology. His primary area of research was the identification and prevention of occupational and recreational noise-induced hearing loss. Dr. Anthony received his Au.D. from Utah State University, and finished his 4th year residency at Main Line Audiology in Philadelphia, PA. Following his residency, he lived and worked in Philadelphia for several years, where he met and married his wife Brittany. Currently, Dr. Anthony enjoys working with a wide variety of patients from pediatric to geriatric and everyone in between, and is ready to work with Cochlear Implants and the latest hearing aid technology to provide for each patient’s specific needs. Dr. Anthony loves spending time at home with his wife and three kids, listening to and playing good music, and is always looking to add to his PEZ collection of over 1000 different dispensers.
