We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At Four States Hearing Center, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. David Anthony, Au.D
Audiologist and Owner
Originally from Utah, Dr. David Anthony received his BS in Communicative Disorders from Utah State University, before continuing on at USU for his Doctorate of Audiology. His primary area of research was the identification and prevention of occupational and recreational noise-induced hearing loss. Dr. Anthony received his Au.D. from Utah State University, and finished his 4th year residency at Main Line Audiology in Philadelphia, PA.

Lexie Baker, Au.D.
Audiologist
Originally from Oklahoma, Dr. Lexie Baker received her BS in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Tulsa. Next, Lexie attended Texas Tech University where she received her Doctorate of Audiology. Lexie finished her fourth-year residency at Hearing and Balance Specialist of Kansas City in Overland Park, KS.

Brittany Anthony
Office Manager
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Brittany Anthony discovered her love of nature and the outdoors. This love led her to BYU-Idaho where she received her Bachelor's degree in Horticulture. She spent the majority of her time there outdoors enjoying the beauty of the Teton Mountains.

Patient Care Coordinator
Sally and her husband have 3 sons, a daughter and 5 dogs that keep them extremely busy. She has always loved helping others in the medical field. In 2007, Sally graduated with her Registered Medical Assistant Degree. Shortly after graduation, she went to work in the world of vision.
